About the Job:
Blize Healthcare is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide to join our team. You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility in Solano County and Contra Costa County.
Responsibilities:
- Providing routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient health status.
- Providing personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients.
- Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication and changing bandages.
- Teaching family members ways to care for patients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Positive and patient demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport with patients.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Experience in home health or hospice.
